Refunds and Returns

If you are unhappy with the wine for whatever reason, then provided you let us know within 7 days you may cancel the order and return the goods to us for a refund.

We will refund the cost of the wine, or replace it with another wine of similar value. We will not refund the cost of delivery. If there is a problem with the wine we will refund or replace it provided not more than one bottle has been opened, if you have opened or consumed several bottles then we will only refund or replace the unused ones.
